How do you join a closed group on facebook?

I'm not sure how it works if you don't know anyone in a closed group. I found so many people I haven't chatted with in years and they put me in the closed groups. I think that every group wants to have as many members as possible.

Paul - I hit the join button and it comes back as pending. I guess I wait and see what happens. I started the business over here.

So mine was pending, then that went away. Is that how you know your not allowed to join or do they tell you?

Yeah..it works that way...as soon as a Moderator checks it out.... if you can see or post anything in a closed group...you're in....

I didn't know what to expect, so all the politics, hookers, and religion surprised me. I'm the last one in the family with an account so I have to watch what I say. Even my 2 month old granddaughter had a great picture posted yesterday. I am amazed at all the stuff that I learned in just a few days, but then this was always a continuing education business.
