You know what? After seeing a picture like that I'm glad we don't have moles. Our customers probably have better dispositions!

You sure that's not just where a horse ran across that soft soil?

Every day is a gift from GOD, don't waste it!!

If they have plenty of food, give them something interesting to smell

Nice joke hahaha

If that aint mole tunnel then the 9000 plus moles i have caught in the last 12 years makes me a very lucky mole trapper

In case anyone doesnt know that is hole 10 green on a golf course

I have never had a mole call for a golf green since they keep the chemical applications so high and the sand content high as well that I have yet to get a call with mole activity on a green like that shown. Lots of work in the rough areas, fairways and aprons but never in the greens. That would be a real anomaly here.

In the same tone, I have never had skunk or coon damage on a green yet either. They will dig right up to the edge of the greens then like there is a unseen barrier they stop and go away in another direction or parallel the green edge. This certainly makes a clear case that they smell or realize that moving ahead in that direction wont be productive foraging moving forward into that zone.

I am sure there may be varying types of weed/feed/insecticide products like Merit, Nitrogen, pre emergent fertilizers that vary from course to course. Therefore, in my opinion some or a combination of these popular agents could have a repellent like effect on these animals at least in our service market area.

Do you get many of these calls in that specific area of a course? Just curious. Done thousands of jobs over my lifetime that would be a first for me on a green in our primary service region.
