Anyone have any experience excluding decorative lighting against Pheobe? I have (4) very visible locations at entryways and thinking spikes would be the better choice as there is a vent in the center of the light. Wondering if spikes or a certain type are more effective with flycatchers. Looking at the narrow BIRD FLITE for front and back of the vent.
Would love anyone's thoughts.

Chip

If those birds are nesting then bird spikes are not the solution...in realty bird spikes are good for pigeon size or larger.

Something like Bird Slope with endcaps should work.

Did call bird barrier and discussed placement and they suggested the Optical Gel. Was actually licensed in Maine 2 days later and it looks like I'll be the first in the state to use it. We'll see. Destroyed the nest 2X but they ended up rebuilding and dropping eggs before I could get back to it so client is leaving it till season over.
