Hello all. I recently picked up 3 #4 and 1 #3 for less than $50. They are all in excellent condition with extremely stout springs. I know theyre no score as a collector, but what can y'all tell me about the traps in general? Thanks

If they have the post pan, they are original B&L, made prior to 1967. Those springs with the more rounded ends hold their strength very well. They are great traps.

If the traps have the humped cross and clamp pan, they are newer B&L traps made by Animal Teap Company ( the Victor folks).
