Can some one help me determine the value of the old style Blake and lamb number 4 longspring with the rivet type pan in very good to excellent condition? Thanks in advance

$12.00. Basically a user Trap in my opinion. Too new and too many made to have collector value.

If you leave your # 4 B&L double longs factory stock, down the road they will have collector value. It will take some time, not just a few years.

It is ok for you to use them - just don't mess them up!! No base plates. No pit pans. No laminations. No modified chains. No cut out offsets.

With the way trappers are modifying traps these days, common traps that remain factory stock will certainly increase in collector value. IMO. smile

Yes, any Blake @ Lamb trap that was made in Cambridge N.Y. is highly collectable. They were the last traps made by B @ L..
