Got some put up coon that have mold on the leather. I know a wipe down with vinegar will clean em up but was wondering if there is something better.

WD-40 will work and so will a watered down mixture of bleach.
I would go with the bleach.

How long has the mold been on the pelts. If it has been growing there for any length of time they will be damaged.
I seen what mold does to raw pelts after tanning. It leaves hard black spots on the tanned leather same as a grease burn. The mold will grow roots right into the leather damaging it(makes it untannable in those spots). If it just the fuzzy green stuff and you catch it right away,it can be killed with rubbing alcohol.

I've always used 50/50 bleach/water till I started cleaning my beam with WD40. Never had mold on my beam after season again.

Gary, that sucker sits in the summer. When it's in the humid summers of the Carolinas, you know that gets.

I hear ya John.
Just scrub It down with bleach or use the back of your fleshing knife to scrap off any left over debris.
