What is the best bait to get a porky in a cage trap? Have one chewing on a cabin and haven't been able to catch him.

X2 on apples and salt. But if that don't work, posting by the activity area with a catch Pole is very effective, very slow movers. You could also charge a lot more too.

I have noticed porky's are very attracted to any predator gland lure but more yet a lure with a castor base.

Blind trail setting catches a lot of porkies. Spend some time looking for the access routes to the damage area. Drift fencing like for Dillos works as well.

or just wait till he comes again and do like the Turtleman did and run in and grab it with your hands. At least he had the sense to wear welding gloves I think.
