I cut 30-50 pounds of need shoulder clod into stew meat every week where I work, and there is a lot of trimmings and fat that just gets thrown away. Is there any way I could make this into coyote bait? I have some sodium benzoate, and I could get some bait solution if I needed to. Thoughts?

Bird enthusiasts love it in the winter. All the little birds eat suet in winter. Dill old onion sacs and sell for 5 bucks each. Simple and saleable.
Wish I had more time to trap....

It is a Restaraunt. We go through a lot of beef stew in the winter, and we don't have much use for the fat. What looks like meat is mostly silver skin m

Straight up bait stations and either snare or blind set trails depending in state regulations. Winter is ideal blind set time when snow gets deeper especially if they have a place they are going regular.
Wish I had more time to trap....

I'm not sure I have enough to do a bait station. I have maybe 10 pounds this week, next Saturday when I cut stew meat again, I may or may not have more than that.

Fill a 5 gallon bucket with it, add water and freeze. Predator popsicle. I read that somewhere years ago and tried it. It works as a draw for months, even after it's completely melted.
Not as bad as I could be, not as good as I should be.
