I caught a coyote in a fence crossing that a bobcat was using. I rebrushed it in and reset. I know bobcats usually arent particular about sets but was wondering if all the coyote scent left in the catch circle will spook the cats from using the crossing?

Not sure about snares as I usually just move on after a catch, but they don't mind yote smell at a catch circle with foot holds. I would think you are OK.

I don't think it will scare him off.It might cause him to poke around,checking things out before going through though.Meaning,out of curiosity.
