Now there are burst pipes, water spraying all over the docks and boats and its covering everything in a good coat of ice as its 18 degrees now and because the docks are so slick, no one want or indeed can shut the stuff of and fix things. The first year I was in here, the water lines froze because they ran the lines right on the outside wall. When I re-plumbed most of the house, I ran those lines away from the wall and right beside a heating duct. I haven't had any problem since no matter how cold it gets. I BELIEVE IN MY GOD, MY COUNTRY AND IN MYSELF.
