Should I try to put a trap in snow. Shovel the snow a way and bed a trap.

I would try to bed the trap right in the snow. With the temps the way they are, if your trap is as cold as the outside temp it won't freeze down.

first cut you some plastic shopping bag squares a bit larger than your trap. now go scoop out a spot for the trap, place one piece of bag under trap and use another one as a cover. now cover with snow and catch fur. ive been havin good luck on these types of sets. drags are the way to go in this situation in my opinion.
