Ok - I've let my grandson completely butcher 4 beavers learning how to skin and flesh the things,
Not to be outdone one of my nephews who just turned 8 wants to get in the game. Sooo... I took him out and let him set a trap for a coon. Dang if he didn't catch one. I told him it's yours so you have to skin and flesh it. He's not a bit squeamish, but I think he could use a little more practice. He wants to sell it, so I've made some arrangements with a buyer (my wife) and we'll ship it off and see what he gets.
These young'uns are crack'n me up!! LOL!

When I was a little kid I was hanging out at the truck digging a stepdown set (ok, I was digging a hole) with dad's extra digging hammer while he walked out to a couple sets. When he came back he distracted me and dropped a coyote carcass in my "set", sent me back around the truck to see it. It was a couple years before I realized I hadn't caught that coyote 😀
