otterman trapper Joined: Dec 2006 SW Alaska	SW AK here I've only been able to cross the rivers to my trap lines 1 out of the last 5 yrs we use to always have solid ice in Dec. This year is the worst not even our creeks are froze we are pretty much stuck unable to go much of anywhere. As a secondary note I was born in Owatonna We get out of life only as much as we really want and work hard enough to achieve

muskrat411 trapper M Joined: Jul 2013 Northwest Territories	The temperature here have been OK mild even. Lots of water in the creeks. The ice road to Inuvik was a little late but that was due to a change in thickness requirements. My son lives in Toronto and tells me I have been consistently warmer here since before Christmas.
