Longs sure are easier to set than stout-springed coils, in my opinion. As I get older I can still set the coils but I can see benefits of switching to longs as I get older. Jim

WHERE did/do u find the STEEL SCREEN that u use for pan covers thanks i know this is an old post I know O'Gorman sells it,I'm sure others do too.

Do longs seem inherently "weak" compared to their coilspring cousins? How can one tell if they're weak, or if they're performing like they should be?

I wondered that as well Mike. I done some checking with Nancy and she couldn’t find any info on it. If they did they done a fine job. Awesome little trap.
