BullOx OP trapper B Joined: Jul 2016 Michigan	Can I extract the essence BEFORE I skin it or will that cause issues? Trapping is easy you say? You try getting your target animal to step in a 3 inch area of its whole territory.

Law Dog trapper Joined: Dec 2010 Central, SD	Better to pod them out first if you want to use the pelt and keep it from stinking. Once the pods are removed they are no different then any other critter. You poke them pods that genie is not going back in the bottle plus you lose a lot of essence/mustard you could milk out easier if the pods at out of the skunk. Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that! Jerry Herbst
