I had to change a couple of traps in a step down dirt hole this winter and it was a pain trying to get them undone with quick links. Golf ball trapper G Joined: Dec 2014 E central Il	I’ve had two quick links fail over the years, but never an S hook ! I re used S hooks for several years before I found out you shouldn’t. Sometimes I believe we over think a lot of this stuff but with our 24 hour check those S hooks should hold any coyote we have accept the two legged varieties !
