Thinking of checking out Volkmar for Pike. I know there's some Delta guys on here. Where do you park a truck/trailer and pick up the trail to Volkmar?

2 different ways in. Probably best bet is go all the way down sawmill ck road from Alaska highway around a few bends till you see where everybody turns there truck around and parks. Should be other vehicles there if it's a weekend. Then just follow the tracks. Otherwise can go from the goodpaster starting at quartz lake but would most likely have to deal with a bit of overflow.
