Lot of good outdoor channels on YouTube... Way too many to narrow down to a list.
It's not an outdoor channel, but my favorite channel that I watch more than any other is Arduino vs Evil (AvE).
His BOLTR (Bored Of Lame Tool Reviews) videos are great. He purchases and tears apart any and all manner of tools and tells you the weak and strong points of each... No corporate sponsorship, no shilling... Just the straight dope.
He also has videos of helpful tips and tricks and little shop projects where he messes around just to see if something is possible.
He's funny, irreverent, and tends to potty-mouth a little. But he's pretty smart.
I also get a chuckle out of his Canuck jargon.

Muskrat411 on Youtube is the only one I watch.(I have no TV) Forgotten Weapons is a favorite too, though not trapping related. Rewatched him using milk crates for connaber sets this morning, (Wolverine! ) and Im just not one to watch things twice, so thats my thumbs up.. Got to agree with caribou, muskrat 411 is a great channel that shows how enjoyable trapping and the outdoor lifestyle as a whole is. Trapping inc. Is also a good series on YouTube

I saw on an internet blog that Youtube was going to ban any and all gun-related channels, has anyone else heard or seen anything about that?

Depends on how many views/subscribers. The more popular ones are the ones likely to get the are or at least demonitized.
