They make large ones and small ones.Any strength difference between the two? Would the small ones hold a beaver in a snare?

I have some of both, though haven't tried the small ones yet. This topic has come up before on here. I myself would like to know the strength difference between the 2. Some say the small ones are pretty darn strong.

If in doubt, double them up.

well it held the beav. no entanglement just smimming around when i got there. though i think i'll just stick with the big ones for the big critters just for peace of mind. i did set a new snare on the same d ring if i hook up with another one and it holds again i'll feel really good about these things. figure its worth a shot. r&d in progress
