worth it to me, most don't know but you can pick up a weapons charge for having a 6" or larger fillet knife in your vehicle (witch I do through the summer). a CCW covers that knife as well as your firearm.

They have insurance for that, what is your life worth or your families lives worth? Get the training and the insurance that makes it hard for them to win.

insurance is a smart move. its a real shame we need it though.

Do you know of anyone who had to use the insurance? How well were they defended and what was the outcome?

What good is your $ if your dead or have to live with the shame of seeing others killed and being unable to help?
$ is not the most important thing in life although many folks surly think it is.

Do you know of anyone who had to use the insurance? How well were they defended and what was the outcome? Good question. There are several organizations that offer the insurance including the NRA. However, the NRA insurance only covers firearms. I was thinking of USCCA which covers other weapons including knives. But like you, I would like to hear how well somebody was defended with these inurance plans. USCCA has a video on a person that had to use their plan but then again it it is for advertisement purposes.

Bottom line is we have lost too much liberty. Enough is enough. Free people don't need permission to be armed. Free people don't need to worry about whether or not their firearm complies with some politicians idea of what they "need". Lawsuits against somebody cleared by the court as acting lawfully should not be allowed.

None of that is likely anytime soon. Insurance is a good idea.
