Not a deal!

This is a better deal. Nice cabins, running boats, drop off up creek is basically guided fishing for free. Same area.

"No Profanity *** No Flaming *** No Advertising ***" I thought I read this somewhere. I think this is more abused than the" No politics". Of course nobody is making money off Paul talking politics.

Sounds pricey and if you go that route I would ask very carefully about timing because timing is everything when it comes to salmon and extremely important as regards trout.

You'll note that Y254 and Kusko both have a link to their businesses in their signatures. Paul has decreed that this does NOT constitute advertising.

Drasselt is right. Timing is everything, especially for salmon and our sea run dollies.

I've notice this for many members on t-man. I wondered how this was not advertising. I now know it is by decree. Thanks!

By these question marks I assume you are confused. I'll walk you through it. The question was "Is this price reasonable?" Well, the link I provided provides similar service approximately 6 or 7 miles from the Kahiltna river for the exact same species of fish. He can use these prices to negotiate a better deal or whatever he wants. I didn't suggest he go here. I don't care where he goes. I just answered his question about salmon and trout fishing in Alaska. There are two other lodges that offer this service Lake Creek Lodge/Cottonwood lodge, but they do not publish their prices on the internut.

OP,
So they expect you to bring your own tackle and it's unguided?? Good luck catching any fish. No, that's not a good deal imo.
