104 yesterday w/5% humidity today is supposed to be the same - slightly hotter I prefer higher humidity ITS NOT THE HEAT..........ITS THE HUMIDITY Respectfully disagree. I've lived in high heat high humidity in the past. I would rather live in a sauna then an oven. But that's me Scientists disagree on which would cause dehydration faster but agree on....your respiratory system loses less water in humid conditions.

I don't miss the Ohio heat and humidity one bit.
It was a balmy 68 here today. T-shirt weather.

I was getting concerned when my ears started to ring and I start have muscle cramps and vomiting. I got a bad head ach now but think it from getting sick a few times. I work 4 10s so I am done for the week any way. Hope yo good as new by morning got plenty to do at the house. Hope it all works out well. I have been hospitalized 2x for heat stroke. The thing is that as you start to get it your body sends more blood to your internal organs so you start to feel better. I've had heat exhaustion many times. Back when I used to roof full time we'd be up there in high temps and high humidity. I'd stop sweating and get the chills, get dizzy and nauseous. Most times I'd just drink massive amounts of water and work through it. Sometimes we'd get down and sit in the shade for a bit before getting back at it.
Eh...wot?

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

I never have figured that out- how kids , or just younger years, doesn't seem to feel the temps as much as when we are older.
When I lived in Florida and Hawaii, I would ride in earnest exertion gaming sport horses and show horses all year round .
In Hawaii I rode a string of polo horses for a contractor . There were seven of them . I would put one through the whole exercise regime no matter what the heat would be, afterwards, Id pour hose water, after it cooled off, drenching both the horse and myself-dripping from head to foot ...then catch up the next mount, and do the same all over again , till I finished with all seven. One right after the other. By the time we were done with speed maneuvers , we both would need the hose drenching all over again.
It was a life event enjoyed and endured as few have been able to experience in life anywhere ....the excelling working compatibility of such power with melding of the minds of two beings focused on the goal together ...... Looking back its amazing the work people have done here despite the heat- and humidity !
