Found a jar in the fridge of squirrel stock... from last year. Debating what to do with it this year. It's mostly soup. Should I mix it with glycerin and stuff it in a dp for grinners, slather it on a t-bone, or pour it down a dirt hole?

If its putrid, its for grinners.
If not, I'd chunk what needs it, then add SB...1/4 cup/qt, then it should keep until poured down a dirthole.
A splash of castoreum or sac oil could also help.
If it aint rotten it'll be good stuff!

Most all bait smells putrid to me. What's the deciding factor?

If you wouldn't feed it to your dog, but would to the neighbors, dump it.

If it smells like some one opened the septic tank throw it out !

Let it age until the rank goes away, then fix it and add castor

You're nose is not the deciding factor, the animal is. Test everything...then go from there. Could turn into a curiosity factor for ya. jmo

ya I learned to not toss anything till after testing it!
