Is this a mange Fox ?
I've been seeing him more & more frequently during the day time.
This is actually the 1st year I'm seeing Foxes during day light around my property.

Its hard to tell without looking at the whole fox. It is the middle of summer so they don't have their full coat of fur yet. Looking at these pictures I would say no. IMO

I agree without seeing the whole fox it's tough to say but it's a scruffy looking bugger that's for sure. If scarcoptic mange is is tough on all the animals but is even more so on fox.

both mamma's i have here look like that but the pups are lookin good so i wonder if that isn't a momma to busy worrying about her babies to worry about herself.they are marking the corner of my sweetcorn garden about every night.fenced it this year cause they ate too much of it last year,and although it was fun to watch,i like sweetcorn too much to donate it to them with so much other feed around.

I just saw the Fox again... Acting 100% normal. Maybe it is just a worn out Mom looking for kit food.... and summer fur.

coyotes and fox both look pretty sorry this time of year. couple months it should be pretty again. wont have fur but not scruffy
