boncoon OP trapper B Joined: Jan 2013 Ashley county Ar.	What is the downside or advantage of these springs? I saw in a catalog they were cheaper than the regular springs. I have no prior use so don't want to buy if they are inferior.

Calvin trapper C Joined: Sep 2007 South metro, MN	They are not all made the same. I put some on my 1.5s years ago and took them off. WAY overpowered...bent all the levers. Cheaper and easier to just buy and add the 4 coil springs (depending on the trap and pin length). the 4 coil springs aren't that strong but just enough to bring up old primary springs that have gone soft.
