Im halfway through The Good Soldiers by David Finkel. It is a great book about the surge in Iraq.
Anyone else have a recommendation on a good book to read?

African Game Trails- Teddy Roosevelt is an excellent read. Talks about the tribesmen surrounding a male lion with nothing but spears, then closing in. If anyone wants to swap books pm me, I have quite a few that will end up at a thrift store. Some military, Jack Reacher, etc.

Some great suggestions. My library card is going to get some use. Or my amazon prime membership is.
Also I’ll add Atlas Shrugged and We the Living by Ayn Rand
Team of Rivals by Doris Kearnes Goodwin

Louis L'amour has a lot of good books about the frontier and the old west. Realistic fiction
Trapping is easy you say? You try getting your target animal to step in a 3 inch area of its whole territory.
