I had some gland lure that became very thin over the summer.

I put it in the fridge for 8 hours or so and it never got any thicker.

So is there anything I can do to thicken it up?

Some of the suppliers sell lure thickeners.Grawes is one.The lure will be fine,as is but I realize,some of us just like a thicker lure.

If it's fine as it is I'll go with it.

I had gland lure get thin a couple days ago from heat. Happens every summer. I mixed in a dry coyote dropping. Old timers called that a yeast lure. Works for me.

I tried a yeast formula last year that came from up in Montana and it was very impressive. I believe it's called Tainted Love.

You have to be part of the trapping underground to get this stuff... or be able to get in contact Mr Weiser.

Tainted love catches females while they are milking their pups.

Hence the wink in Andy’s post I guess. Maybe I can talk him into bringing some to Don’s for me.

I’ve only used a couple of Andy’s lures, but I can tell you one thing, better get a glass jug with a good seal if ur gonna keep a gallon of his fox pee in the garage.
The rattlesnake lure is how probably one of my funniest on the line memories happened. That stuff is stout.

I just talked to Don. Man is Minkfest going to be fun or what? I'm shipping gear and some lure and flying in. Have plenty of help lined up to feed my fox and coyote. Looking forward to my first time in PA.
