Okay, today a friend trapped 3 wild hog piglets and gave them all to us. I mixed up some bait out of the liver and Reuwsaat's Bait Solution. I also had two will globs of Caven's MB Predator Bait, and a drop of Cronk's Allagash Fur Call that I added to it. Has anyone ever had luck on coyotes, grey fox, bobcat, etc with hog liver? Ever used the Lungs? Any suggesions on what body parts would be best to use off a wild hog?
Thanks to all who've helped me so much!

Hog liver works great and maybe better without all of the add-ons

A thread on here not long ago suggested the brains being highly sought-after by predators

Pig liver should be good.Do some research on how to taint/render it and what type things to add,if any.

I've ate domestic hog liver, anyone ever eat wild hog liver and onion? It does make a good bait and a number of ways to use it and make it. The rest of the innards I would bury for a bait station some were.

pork liver is the bomb on yotes I make up 4 gallons a year its that good! And its easy to work with taint it till it preserves itself. Which by the way is a whole summer, it will be jet black once its done. If it still has green tints let it ride. makes a amazing semi liquid bait. I've added several things but honestly you cant go wrong with plain liver. The only noticeable difference ive ever seen was using different spiecies of liver

In deer season I often see chunks of lung in the woods, when they are too full, the yotes cough it up on the way home ..

Have any one use beaver liver for bait? Also there lungs? I am just thinking about it since I know that coyotes like to go for the liver and lungs and heart of a deer.If so how long do you let it taint ?

Chunked deer liver or chuncked deer lungs are about the only baits I use but I think Asa mentioned that his penned coyotes really loved hog liver
