how do you make it? got a few in the freezer and would like to try to render it down to liquid.

Numerous ways I just fill a jar 3/4 full with the lid loose and protected from flys and let it do its thing. WARNING they are nasty!! that's not for a faint at heart!

If you want to completely liquefy it for a lure base, plan on a year. You'll have some in 6 mo., but more in a year.

Bury it in a can or bucket, cover so nothing can dig it up, and forget about it.

If you wanted to use it for bait, grind it up and rot for a month.

With the above its been going 8 months and by the contents inside I figure its got twice that and more to go. For a lure base I just want the contents all liquid and heavy sludge it gets strained and preserved once its liquid and bones. Your skill level and patience will dictate were you feel comfortable stopping
