Very entertaining guy -

I tried the Burger King method last yr. and it worked great - I'll be putting out several Burger Kings this yr.

I found 4 of those blue water tubs in the FB Marketplace for $20. I snatched them up instantly.

I use 4” thin walled plastic pipe with endcaps. If you can find thinwalled ABS pipe (or just paint it dark) it attracts fewer people. Then I hang it an inch or two above the ground and put liquid smoke or something loud just above it to get coon into the vicinity. 4” pipe takes less food than 4-5 gallon buckets

I use empty plastic bottles, need the ones with larger opening though! like gatorade. I wire them to a small tree one foot off the ground, and good to go.
Don't care if the coons shred them or what have you. also get's them used to reaching inside a vertical tube - like a dp trap.
works very well. of course credit to Sam for the Burger King method!

a week or two before I want to start trapping is plenty. usually you will know in a couple of nights if they are there and that's all you need.

I used Sam's way last season and had very good luck with it.. As a beginner it worked extremely well.. It's a no brainer so to speak. I may not ever want to use and airgun to hunt gators, but his trapping stuff is very informative..

I like Sam Woods not for his trapping info but for his screwy character. Kinda fun to watch.
