Im looking at trying to make buckskins this year can i use leftover brain matter as bait or use those i dont use as a base thanks

I've heard it's great for bait and plan on making a little brain medley with some bobbles and beavers.

It's said to also be a good base for food lures. We shall see

check your C.W.D laws you might be involuntarily spreading the disease using brains. I've read a lot of positive things about brains but never messed with them.

I use deer brains as a base in one of my coyote lures and it works well in this area.
