Jonnytrapper OP trapper J Joined: May 2016 Maine	I have some empty oil sacs that I blended with some glycerine and sodium benzoate. Would this be a good base for a rub lure with some silver vine and a touch of skunk? I see people saying they make good cat lure but they don't say what kind.

Lazarus trapper L Joined: Mar 2012 Nevadafornia	Haven't tried Vaseline, but I've used Petro with good success. I think its the same thing. Vaseline doesn't have the alcohol so it should work fine. I would only use enough Vaseline to hold the Silvervine together. Otherwise, you dilute the SV. Give it a try, test it on your local cat, and then report back.
