The stuff the left is pulling with Cavanaugh is a great example of the way things work in the politics of today.
It probably surprises nobody that something so far fetched as a story of something the guy "might" have done in high school more than 30 years ago brought up by someone who doesn't remember the year nor the location when it happened is being taken so seriously, but it should.

Willie was pretty clean cut when he was younger and writing hit songs for other people.

I believe When Willy got his start in country music the early 60s he looked about as straight laced and uptight as they come.

Never cared for Willie as a vocalist but it's hard to say he is not a talented writer, artist. How many years has he survived now amongst us all??? Puff Puff pass and never hid it.
As far as who is more hateful left or right. Extremist in any group are usually the problem. I personally don't have much time for that type thinking no matter the topic. Media seems to play to it rehashing and rehashing same hate speech from which ever group they choose to beat on at that time.
