As an agent for a landowner, are nuisance trappers allowed to trap within 15' of a beaver dam? I can't find anything in the regs clearly stating this 1 way or another.

no. only the landowner is allowed to do that. the right cannot be transferred to the agent. at least not as of this moment, it might be one of the things we're trying to get changed through spring hearings etc. look it up, it's in the regs somewhere, or in the dnr publication about nuisance beaver trapping.
