Just wondering if you guys could give me some pointers on setting up this property for coyotes? I was thinking the four way intersection and the inside corner along the ditch. Any advice would be appreciated.
thanks!

maybe off one of the points of what looks like a pond off the edge of the field. They got to go around it someplace.

I'm looking at the blue dots. I think the intersection can miss more coyotes than catch.

Get out and look for tracks. That's about the only fool proof method. I'd start by looking in those areas and adjust from there.

×2. Definitely check out the pond, too. If you have a dog, bring it with you to help find turds. It's amazing how many you miss, even in open ground.

I agree that looks like your classic funnel point, and a place were small game builds up

Do yourself a favor and look at that parcel on google earth but zoom out to see the bigger picture. I think you will have a very different perspective. There is a very long line of travel that you are missing. Then get boots on the ground because things look a lot different sometimes. You may find a land features that don't show up on any map.

Sometimes I do this;

I made the red lines where I think a coyote will travel and circled the spots that stand out with the highlighter. I don't know anything about this area or what is around it but this is what stands out to me based on this picture.

Just passin through

If there's a 2 track by that pond Id gang set where the trees are, and the intersection, and on the edge of the timber. Then adjust if need be.

Drill a hole and fill it with bacon grease or fryer oil at the farthest location from the house. The coyotes will show you where and how.
