For different reasons, eh? Reasons, as in plural? More than one?

Let's see, if "Bruh I dun get down like tha" means you don't trespass, then that's one reason. What are the other reasons?

Oh, there was no tantrum in reading my piece at the meeting.

And, I'm assuming you weren't at the meeting in Stoddard, therefore, your guess at me throwing a tantrum while reading my piece was just that. A guess.

Well . . .

You are certainly an interesting character. Just out of curiosity, does everyone in Massachusetts talk like that?

LOL

TDHP just doesn't fit you. I've got a better one. How about KEYBOARD COMMANDO!

Bingo!

LOL! I really couldn't help myself on that one and apologize profusely.

However . . back in the day, I subscribed to a magazine entitled Easyriders. They used a term to describe the 20-somethings that would dress up like bikers and walk up and down the strip pretending to be one of the boys. The term was Sidewalk Commando.

LOL!

Naw mane, I just really don't care. I come on this forum for entertainment when I'm in the office or want a laugh. What you're doing just isn't my cup of tea. But as stated have fun it's your right to trespass.

Do you really understand Massachusetts law as it pertains to trapping on private property? This is a serious question.

Ahhh correct sir, and just remember it's still illegal...and in some states whoever knowingly, without right is present, stands or walks depending on your laws could be fined OR may be subject to arrest without a warrant by any police officer, but that's all discretion. Kinda goes against what a lot of sportsmen preach about when it comes to respecting private property no matter how petty the trespass is. Encourage folks to break the law...that's awesome.

Yesterday I drove the causeway between Monona bay and lake Monona. WI guys will know what I'm talking about. The tracks also crosses this area. Guess how many persons I saw fishing from the tracks. IT was 18 and yes I actually counted them from a parking lot on a side street. How come they wern't all being arrested.
I think this whole thing Is being blown way out of proportion.

This obviously is being pushed by certain railroad companies? BNSF? Or whoever owns/controls whichever particular set of tracks? Not that it’s legal anywhere in the state. But some are enforcing the violation and some not.

Aren't Federal laws are involved also? States and cities have been pretty much preempted by Federal Regulation since the 1990s in RR concerns.
