This is on a ADC beaver job.
Thought I would share

The beaver dropped this tree 3 nights ago, right in the two track where we trap. So I set a trail cam

Can you see the beaver? Just to the left of the deer. Next to the tree. The hump

This coyote showed up last night too

Caught one small beaver. Arraigned some 330s around where the tree is in the water. Hope to have the big one in the morning

Thx
MT

I also use a lot of trail cameras. Yes, it is very cool to see the critters.

My experience with coyotes is they can easily spot and see the red glow of a regular infrared type trail camera and they quickly flee the scene. Numerous night time videos of coyotes have shown this reaction to the soft, but visible red glow. When using a the black flash type camera, I seldom see any reaction from the coyote.

I have two brAnds of cameras. The coyotes really notice the one type. Have watched them almost turn inside out when they notice it

The other brand not had the same effect, it's light is "red" to me when it's on, but I've noticed with it that I don't see any thing further that the red right on the camera. With the other it's seems "brighter" or maybe like it's illuminating the area more
