I can use castor mounds. But float with a 330 can't work . 330s in Indiana must be under water. So is there a way to use a foothold in a float?

WE can't use Snares .I should have said State land. And I don't think they want floats. We have a picky manager. But he wants all the beaver out.

Id look for trees near the bank, smear some castor on the tree and plant a 330 or two right to the tree.

Why not set the den entrances with submerged 330's?Got chest waders?

Do your 330s have to be FULLY submerged or over half?

Floats will keep it over half submerged. And away from shore so safely away from others

If they have plenty of food, give them something interesting to smell

Never mind just checked your regs

Find there routs/channels. Put a 330 on the bottom with dive sticks above

The banks on the river are to steep and muddy water. I don't have much to do with beaver trapping. Just try to help a friend. I have caught beaver 20 years ago but like to try more. The place looks bad with all the beaver damage. And I want to THANK you guys for all the good help! I do have some drowning rods & cable And there are channels to trap. I would like to try more foot hold traps.

Can you run by boat? If you can, find area and cut shelf in set foothold and make a mock slide or caster mound. Use disposable stake pushed into bank run drowning rig out with concrete block or sandbag. If rivers flooded due to heavy rain you can watch online for river depths for Indiana.
