Was talking to a guy at work who deer hunts his 30 acre property, he told me that he can’t keep feeding all the coons (baiting with corn). So of course I offered to clean them out for him when season starts and he was excited for me to come trap.

He said that he regularly has 12-15 coon at one time eating from his corn pile, confirmed with pictures from his trail cam. He also stated that he and his adult son see 5 coyotes roaming the property at least once a week.

What would be a good way to set this property to take them without educating the others?

I currently have 18 Duke 1.5s, 3 Duke #3 OS, 6 Duke 1.75 and 1 Victor 1.75 and a handful of snares. I am kind of thinking about setting most of my traps on this property at once, any suggestions?

Get 'em - and have some fun doing it!!
Don't know how the land is laid out, so hard to offer a "suggestion".
Use your #3's on the yote sets - I like #2's for coons, but have caught them in 1.5's. Just my preference.
Find the trails they use to get to the corn pile and use blind sets. Avoid the corn pile as the deer will mess you up.

Oh I will have fun lol!!! I’m excited to see the property also. Will be setting some 1.75s for yotes also and will hopefully be able to set any tenses for yotes also. Good idea with not setting on the corn

Sounds like the perfect place for a dozen dp's ! You could clean up those coon in a night! As for the yotes, find some sign and set on it! But the number one rule.....have a blast doing it any way you can!
