Going through some more traps and looking a little closer.(like I learned from you folks) I found this # 4 with an odd pan post. Odd to me anyway. Anybody know the time frame on this one?

Jim, The May 28, '07 patent date is for the humped cross pan attachment which replaced the pan post on Oneida Community traps. So, this trap would be before 1907 but it does not have the Dec.16, '02 patent date on the pan either, so likely around 1900.

Excellant. Thanks a lot. I have learned to look a little closer at every trap.
