Anyone use fish or salmon oil as a change up on a predator line ?

I like Salomon oil as a trailing scent for cats

Coyotes love fish

It works better when it's colder outside then fish oil.

The short answer is yes. The long answer is many years ago I ran out of my normal yote bait wile on the line. I had some fish oil in the truck from the kids's coon trapping so I finished the day up using the fish oil. It worked good enough that I still make a few sets every year with just fish oil down a mouse hole.

I have used gar chunks, they work ok

I may try both some this yr just to see what happens I thought it would work for cats but thought it might cause the k9s to roll didn't figure it would hurt after the catch drops off from the normal lure and urine I pick up about 2000 acres of new ground this yr want to make the best of it
