So I got some fur from my cousin that he had in the freezer for some reason he rolled them up flesh out there are some dry spots on a few pelts can I rehydrate them with water or kinda screwed ay?

Thaw them out and see how bad it is.If its bad they can be rehydrated by soaking.If its just a few spots,you can work them after spraying a few times with a spray bottle of water.

Injecting the dry spots with water or stop rot would work better.

I know the freezer burn dried out the couple spots just wondering if there is a way to rehydrate before boarding ... Thaw in water? Spray water and rub in .. Rub in like a linseed oil idk just looking for some options
