After reading so many good reviews on the TC compass i ordered me one in 30-06. Had a few bullets to test in it so i worked up some loads and just finished shooting some groups today. Thought i would share my results if anyone may be looking for a new rifle. Also they still have a $50 rebate going until dec 31 and it only took about 2-3 weeks and i already received confirmation that it has been approved and mailed out to me. For a $280 this is the cheapest and the most accurate rifle i own. Disregard the one hole with tape on it, i knew i pulled that round as soon as it went off. These are all 3 shot groups, i let the barrel cool for a few minutes between groups but shot each group quickly. The picture should speak for itself.

I love mine. 204 ruger that has already taken a bunch of yotes. anywhere from 30yds out to a bit over 400yds. Most of my shots are 100-200 yds.

What range are your shots? I don't see it anywhere on the pic.

I own both the compass and the encore in 22-250 they are both super accurate I don't think you can find a better rifle on the market especially for that kind of money

100 yds off my bench, Its written top right of the paper. 3 shot groups at 100.. I have a low end 3-9x40 leupold on it right now. Im no amazing shot, so i am just amazed at those groups. I guess i can shoot a little better than i thought with a properly accurate rifle.

the sierra gamechangers have been the most accurate bullet ive ever shot in all the rifles ive tested it in. They really are gamechangers. What im the most excited about is this rifle shooting the barnes bullets that tight.

And I also read great things on it in a magazine. Factory ammo gave as small as .38 groups. Now to add a little to this gun. Buy it on sale and add a Boyd's stock to it for as little as $159. Laminated in various colors. Now this turns a plain gun into WOW. Plan on trying a 6.5 credmoor or a 243 for a beater groundhog gun with the laminated Boyd stock and a bipod.
