I saw some tanned ones at the tanners and was surprised how good they look. We don't have them here, but if we did I would tan a few.

8117 Steve how many would you like shipped your direction, I am sure us in the lower states can get a semi load over night. The only thing we have more of then possums is ticks.

Haha, not sure what part of the country these possum came from but they were furred quite well. After seeing the prices I got for mink (5 and 3) I would have been glad to trade a couple for some well furred grinners.

When someone figures out how to keep an opossum out of a coon, fox, or coyote dry land set they will have a fortune in knowledge!!!!!!! Oh yes,,, 2 ground nesting birds will eat more ticks than a 15 lb. opossum ever would so think what an entire clutch of young birds will eat. I would discourage anyone from releasing a legally captured opossum if they have an interest in game and non-game birds. My exact thoughts.
