I have decided to move from Mn. just because of the gun bills looming on the horizon, I am a veteran (one strike) have some expensive guns . (2nd strike) I have owned guns for over 50 years with no incidents never been incarcerated ,A few traffic tickets . I have secured my guns in the state I will be moving to. I loved this state until Dayton made the remark that he was welcoming all illegal immigrants and if we didn't like it we should move. Why was there no public outcry ?

She says she dreams of a gun free world. It is amazing to me how they profess these idealic fantasies. Disarming , good honest people does not stop evil or criminals. It only makes them sheep for the slaughter.

I just see a good reason to eliminate MLK day as a holiday.

MLK Day is a permanent holiday now. Columbus Day, not so much.

I love the way this is just a kid, told what to think and say, and its supposed to mean something just because of her relatives.

This is just another stunt that does nothing but please those already in the camp with those who told her what to say.
Rallys, walks, and other demonstations like these that are said to "bring awareness to the people" are almost always only of importance to the people who already think the same as the demonstrators.

Wholeheartedly agree. I'm sure we all do.

But, I wonder. How many of us actually get involved with today's youth, not just our kids or grandkids, but community-involved to get kids today excited about hunting, fishing and trapping?



Which of these three are any of you with respect to getting young people involved in the outdoors, including the use of firearms?

You can sit there and pee and moan about today's world, wring your hands, find the couch, throw your hands up and say "I give up" . . . or you can fight back.

I choose to get involved and fight back.

Dayton was without a doubt the worst governor MN ever had. Besides being a drug addict, he lacks common sense. That's a bad combination. That explains why he made the mess he did.
