Well, I can’t say that I use mink size BGs with pans, but, for 330 sizes ones I use KB stabilizers.

RC Best and Stakelizer style ones should work for you.

Sticks would work too, but I’m a huge fan of metal stabilizers.

Good luck

In my experience, a mink can hop through most body grips set in the open with a mink pan on them.

I would use sticks in the snow here. I would also use sticks set under the jaws and perpendicular to the jaws with help the trap from being frozen to the ground.

You can use a piece of slab cut about 12" with 2 spikes Pre -nailed into position.

Mike Kelly brings up a very important point.I would only use pans in boxes with bait close behind the trap.

The one they cant see... but in reality as long as the trap goes off as soon as that mink touches the trigger any setup should by good. Just make sure they cant get by the trigger without hitting it.

I make 6" w x 12" t sq'd "U" shaped hoops from 1/4" x 60" rod from trip leg wreath stands repurposed from local cemetery. I tack weld an MB coni clip to the underside center of the top bar of the hoop and the legs get pushed into ground. 5x5 BG's fit between legs and 6x6 go one leg inside jaws and one outside(or you can make 7"w hoops for full jaw opening but not really needed if after mink m'rats - otter /coon yes). Have shorter legged hoops - 8" that "T" feet push on( two 6" pieces of 1/4 rod in a nylon 1/4" ID barbed tubing T-connector) for frozen ground/ice. Circle triggers are the optimum trigger for dry land mink IMO. And setting them dog down really makes them fire easy when the minks back pushes on top of circle trigger.

Stakelizer's won't work for trigger on bottom. The Leffler stabilizer for 110's will allow the trigger to be set on the bottom.
