Almost everyone will get it if you live long enough and its 100% cureable when caught early.Dumb not to get it fixed. You're right. I'll check into it.

Hey, I had one about 5 years ago. Piece of cake. Probably best and easiest thing I ever did for my long term health. I was a little on edge before.... but that was about it. Lots of people told me it was easy. Hardest part was doing the clean out but looking back that wasn't even so bad. I wish doing an MRI was as easy as having the colon test !!!

160 why are you eating? Drinking ? Heck for that matter even breathing . You are going to die anyway!!!! Don't do anything to prolong the ineventable . Do you take any Meds? If so why ? You are going to die anyway. Why bother. Remember no one makes it out alive.!!! I eat and drink what I want, don’t take any medication and only go to the doctor if I can’t stop the bleeding on my own. I am enjoying life to the fullest each day and have no regrets.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Or you could do what a couple of manly brothers did in my area, when diagnosed with colon cancer go out to the barn and kiss a 12ga. That would leave a lasting impression on your wife or kids when they found you. My uncle did that but he put it under his chin. As my father who found him described it...he was buried in the floor up to his ears. My sister was there to help clean up the mess. A cowards way out. At least have the courtesy to gas yourself in the garage.

I will drop kick him in the nads and then let the best critter win.

I wouldn't mind squeaking a couple more decades out of this thing but I've always been more or less resigned to not fighting my end. It'll be here in the blink of an eye.

Grit must be a synonym for stupidity but I am living with no regrets. I have no desire to live to be 90 with the last 2 decades in the nursing home. To those of you that feel the need to tell me how to live I appreciate your concern however I have no desire to have someone explore my tailpipe let alone pay them to do it. If you are into it, I won’t judge.

What I would like to know, is why the Colon guard test came back positive for Cancer, but the Colonoscopy showed I had no Cancer?
EDIT: Waiting back for the results of the biopsy the Doc took, but he said it didn't look like Cancer. Did he taste it lol

Colon cancer is a fixable cancer.....my Dad died from it @72..... I put if off until I was 53... should have had it done at 50.....anyways they found a polyp with cancer ....they said it was at the tip of the polyp and not at the base.....Doc said “ if you had put your head in the sand ...in 2 years ,we would have had a problem. I am on the 3 year plan....had 3 so far...and the best sleep you’ll evah get. They could cut both your legs off ...and you wouldn’t know. So get your head out of your anus...and get it done ! It’s a painful way to die....and it all can be avoided. Man up and take it up the ..SS . That's a compelling argument. I got this phobia about people poking around certain areas of my body. I had a cyst in that region that caused me to go to the doctor...only because stabbing it with a fork proved unfruitful. And you call me uptight? Listen what ever your fears are, they are unfounded. what ever your reasons are they are groundless. It seems that you go to the doctor for other things, check up, cyst. For the LIFE of me I can't see why you wouldn't do this simple procedure. Maybe it is because I'm a 8yrs out from being diagnosed with cancer, detected early by a colonoscopy, two more check ups and they will call me cancer free. I won't bother you anymore.

I'm 50 and have had 3.... Both my parents died of colon cancer, so I take it pretty seriously .... The first one they found some polyps, 2 were pre-cancer . Snipped them off , all good ... I go every 5 years... Cancers a (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman)...do yourself and your family a favor and get it done. Earlier the better IMO (and most of the doctors I've talked to)
