This is a simple dish, and it is pretty quick as well.
I use Venison Steaks, but you could use just about anything in the line of venison.
Approximately 2# venison Steaks
1 Onion Diced
2 TBS of minced Garlic(not Dry)
Salt, Pepper to taste
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Can of Milk
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
2-3 cups of shredded cheddar Cheese

Start by frying the venison in a large skillet or pan, adding the diced onion and Garlic. For fat content so the venison doesn't stick you can use vegetable or butter, but if using butter be careful not to get the butter too hot.
Cook the Venison about 3/4 of the way through. and put into a baking dish.
In the pan add your Soup, milk and sour Cream to make a nice sauce. Pour sauce over venison, and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min or until done. Cover with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and starts to brown.

If you are a wine drinker, this is a dish that would go well with a light Merlot.
Hope you like the Dish.
