While jostling meat around between the meat fridge and freezer the other day I missed a 10lb pork loin that I was going to make Canadian bacon with and left it sit out on the basement table for 2 days.

How should I utilize it for trapping bait? Should I cube it, grind it, cook it, smoke it, etc...? What would you do if anything?

Same as other red meats, chunk and add bait solution.

Try smoking it. I've been wanting to actually try smoking some meat too see if it increases the attractiveness of it. I know l like it smoked.

Stuff it with some chorizo, poblano peppers, and cheese then smoke it.
