Is there a fad for people to sag the rear part of a pick up so the front is higher? Is this to blind people at night while driving?

Usually when there's a load on it, or they're pulling a trailer. Semi's like to mount the bright "fog lights" on the front, then keep their hand on their bright switch to retaliate against anyone who flashes them.

Maybe they're out there already, I don't know. I found , on Amazon several years ago, safety glasses with light blue lenses . I bought a bunch as theyre cheap and worked great on the range for both regular and low light shooting. They also do an amazing job of cutting that stupid glare from those road hazards.

Normally they aren't sagging the back, but just lifting the front. It started with people just leveling their truck. Most truck manufacture have the front end lower to help with aerodynamics. When you level the truck it gives you a little more clearence, plus makes the truck look better. To most people the truck will look fully lifted when all they did was lift the front 1-1.5 inches. That 1.5 inches has now turned to 3" because people like the way it looks. The only function of having the front higher then the back is if you are desert racing. They have the higher front suspension to give the front suspension more travel so they they can "float" over bumps while drive 60+mph while racing through the desert. When it comes to road use, the only good it does is puts more money into the economy from fuel sales, and purchasing of new front end parts that will constantly wear out haha.

The only PU fad I ever got into, was I had one with a AM/FM radio. I can't say it is anything I look for now, when looking at PU's.

Pickups are fad by themselves. A real man can make a mess out of a car trunk pretty quickly. How much firewood can you haul in your car???

Some guys just turn the adjustment screw so their "dim" lights are lighting up more of the road. It takes a lot of will power on those mornings where I didn't get quite enough sleep not to real quick swerve into their lane for a little game of chicken

Pickups are fad by themselves. I have yet to figure out how to get a dozen head of cattle into the backseat of our focus to get them to market.
